Türkmenhowayollary Agency announces tender for the replacement of night illumination lamps of facades

The Türkmenhowayollary Agency announces an open tender for the replacement of night lighting lamps on the facades of the building of the Türkmenhowayollary Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Applicants should submit to the Construction Control Department of the Türkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency:

• A written application for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the applicant, experience in the field, legal status and details, and attach to it the applicant's constituent documents, power of attorney and a copy of passport, contact details of the applicant's representative;
• To familiarize with the Law of Turkmenistan "On tenders for the supply of goods, works and services for state needs", with an excerpt from the "Rules of conducting the tender" and the list of documents required for participation in the tender
• Pay a tender participation fee of 1750 manats for residents or $500 for non-residents (excluding VAT and bank charges). The invoice for money transfer will be given upon submitting a written application.
• To get the Terms of Reference in the office 437 or 417 of Turkmenhowaýollary agency.

Bidding packages will be accepted for consideration only after receipt of funds to the account of Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency.

Note: bids and tender offers will not be accepted from companies registered in countries with offshore zones or having bank accounts in offshore zones. Payment for the work performed will be made in the national currency - manat of Turkmenistan.

Tenders are accepted within 20 working days from the date of publication of this announcement. Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be considered.
