Saýlanan Bina, a private enterprise, is undertaking the construction of a new Community Center in Dashoguz, administrative center of the northern region of Turkmenistan.
As reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Friday, the new Community Center is being built to serve the residents of a new residential complex being developed along the highway leading to Dashoguz International Airport.
The new two-story building, covering an area of over one hectare, will house various facilities, including visitor lounges, administrative offices, production areas, and warehouses.
According to the announcement, the new social facility will be a modern complex providing a range of services to the population, meeting the needs and demands of local residents.
In the new residential complex being developed in the administrative center of Dashoguz province, all necessary amenities for comfortable living are planned to be built.
