CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for MDEA purchase

The branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process for the tender No. CIT-23045-MR for the purchase of 600 tons of MDEA for PD Block A, PD Block B for 2024-2025 at Bagtyyarlyk Contracting Area, Lebap province, Turkmenistan

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• Application for participation in the tender indicating the number and name of the tender process.
• Brief information about the company indicating main activities/business, full company name and legal status, structure and organization. Information on local registration and licensing of the company.
• Financial status and audited financial report prepared by an independent company for the last 3 three years (2020-2022).
• For local companies it is necessary to provide a copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan.
• Experience of the company in providing similar services for the last 3 years (2020-2022g).
• MDEA (methyldiethanolamine) manufacturer must have the following documentation such as quality certificate, environmental management system certificate, health system certificate and other detailed certificates.
• The supplier must have the ability to apply for special permission to export and import MDEA (methyldiethanolamine).

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
