President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent an official message of congratulations to Pope Leo XIV on the occasion of his enthronement, as reported by Turkmenistan’s state news agency on Monday.
In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended his heartfelt congratulations and expressed confidence that Pope Leo XIV will make every effort to strengthen humanity’s spiritual values, unity, and peace.
The Turkmen president also wished the pope good health and success in his important mission.
Turkmenistan’s permanent representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva, Vepa Hajiev, attended the enthronement ceremony at St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican.
