A delegation of Turkmen journalists made an official visit to Türkiýe’s Rize Province, with a highlight being a tour of the renowned Ayder landmark.
Located in the scenic highland area of Ayder, the site is famed for its lush alpine meadows, natural hot springs and traditional Black Sea architecture. Ayder is both a natural attraction and a cultural space, blending historical heritage with principles of sustainable tourism.
The Turkmen journalists had an opportunity to examine the region’s infrastructure designed to support eco-friendly tourism while preserving the authentic character of the area.
The delegation included representatives from leading Turkmen media outlets such as Business Turkmenistan, Turkmenportal, Orient, News Central Asia, Atavatan Türkmenistan, the Medeniýet we Syýahat magazine, and Türkmenistan TV4.
The visit also featured a tour of Kendini Koruyan Mahalle, an residential neighborhood designed as a model for sustainable and safe urban development.
