CNPC Turkmenistan Branch Announces Tender

The Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender № CIT-24151-SR for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) services for wellhead and flowline surface facilities in the Bagtyyarlyk Contract Area under a unit price contract, Lebap Province, Turkmenistan

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• Application on participation in Tender.
• Brief introduction about company with background, main activity/business, legal status, organizational structure, Company registration and licensing information.
• Financial records for the last three years, including audited and certified financial statements, as well as details of profits and losses
• An official letter from the company confirming its readiness to provide a bid bond (bank guarantee) upon successful prequalification and participation in the tender process
• Information on the specialized machinery and transport required to perform the specified services.
• Proven track record of executing similar projects in the oil and gas sector over the past 3–5 years, including a description of the scope of work
• A copy of the company’s registration certificate confirming its membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (applicable only to local companies)

Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.
