CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for gas condensate sale

Branch of China National Oil and Gas Corporation International Co., Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process CNPCIT-2023SC1 for the tender for the sale of gas condensate with a minimum annual production of 75,000 tons, produced in the Bagtyyarlyk Contract Territory

Any company interested in this tender can apply for participation in the tender by submitting the following documents:

• an application for participation in the tender on a letterhead signed by the head of the company;
• information about the company, including company name, country of incorporation, bank details and contact numbers;
• registration document of the company, power of attorney of the company to an authorized representative for the right to submit and accept the document;
• experience in providing similar services;
• provision of supporting documents on experience in the sale and purchase of condensate or similar oil products over the past 3 years;
• provision of supporting documents for financial statements for the last 3 years;
• business relations with final consumers, in particular refineries in the region;
• for local companies, it is necessary to provide a copy of the registration of entry into the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

The deadline for submission of documents is up to 18:00 on the 10th working day from the date of publication of the tender announcement in the media.
