Turkmenkabel Plant Launches Its Branch in Balkanabat
The enterprise now produces electricity meters in its assembly shop in the Buzmeyin etrap of the capital.

Ashgabat’s Turkmenkabel plant of the Türkmenmaşyngurluşyk concern expands its production facilities and product range by commissioning a workshop for the production of uninsulated aluminum wires for electric networks in the administrative center of the Balkan velayat.

Recently, the new production lines appeared in the enterprise’s Ashgabat plant. The plant established the production of electrical products in addition to cable production. Specifically, the enterprise now produces electricity meters in its assembly shop in the Buzmeyin etrap of the capital. The enterprise plans to produce up to 180 thousand units of it per year.

The products of the plant, including the ceramic insulators made of kaolin, fuses, circuit breakers, disconnectors, distribution cabinets, traverses and other products that are intended for arranging electrical networks are in great demand among the country's power engineers.

On the territory of the plant operates the workshop for the production of transformer substations and sanitary products. The tenants, which are private enterprises, also established the production facilities on the territory of the plant for the manufacture of a wide range of electrical products and metal structures.
